The background of this paper is based on the project of The Application Research of The Automatic Weighing Control System of LED Phosphor Powder and Glue. The research and realization of the control system is based on FPGA, whoes parallel characteristic is applied to realize the controllers of weighing control system and motion control system. And these controllers can satisfy the demands of the machine.The controller of weighing control system mainly uses the solution of Fuzzy Controller based on FPGA. All modules of Fuzzy Controller are realized with Verilog and verified with Modelsim. The main modules include Fuzzy Logic module, Fuzzy Decision Logic module, Defuzzy Logic module and DA-PWM module. In addtion, the solution of Motion Controller based on FPGA is proposed to the controller of motion control system. Also all modules of Motion Controller are realized and verified which include system clock and reset module, SPI interface module, motion parameters analysis module, segment control module, S-shaped acceleration and deceleration speed planning module, data sampling linear interpolation module, data sampling circular interpolation module and pulse generating module.The paper has studied the methods of generating the speeds which are not zero when connecting different segments. These methods are Jerk-Changing and Timing-Shifting. The design of non-zero connecting speed is realized by Timing-Shifting method which can be easily realized and accurate. Besides, methods of generating the accurate pulses are also studied in the paper. A DDS method is innovated to generate accurate pulses by DDS principle. The DDS method is proved to be correct by the paper in which the DDS solution is proposed, realized with Verilog and verified with Modelsim.Furthermore, a system board is designed which is mainly based on FPGA and STM32. The board satifies the hardware demands of the control system. The Fuzzy Controller and the Motion Cotroller are tested based on the board. And the control result of Fuzzy Controller is analysed by the experimental data.Through X/Y control platform, the experiments of Motion Controller mainly verify the correctness compared with desired trajectory and the function of starting-from-zero and returning-to-zero.
