Some designs and researches on the turntable servo control system, including the control plan of the turntable system are presented in this thesis, mathematical model and the design of the control system. In order to solve the nonlinear disturbance problem existed in object, a PID controller based on disturbance observer is put forward, and some optimized designs with theory of fuzzy control are provided in details..Firstly, the paper derivate the mathematical model of the vector control-PMSM on the basis of identified turntable servo control system., make analysis of the friction and torque fluctuations, and establish the friction model which can be used for simulation by simulink, so we can make research on systems with friction model.Secondly, In order to improve the dynamic performance and adaptability of the system, the paper makes some online real-time adjustments on the PID parameters by using the fuzzy controller. In that case, it can not only be flexible and adaptable as fuzzy control, but also high precision as PID control. Thirdly, the paper introduces the basic principles and designs of the disturbance observer, and studies the influences that the parameters of the low-pass filter have on the system's anti-jamming capability and stability. In this paper, the PID control based on disturbance observer can divide the design of the controller into two separate stages. One is for performance design (design of the PID controller), the other is for disturbance suppression (the design of the disturbance observer).At last, the control theories and results can be used in the design of the turntable system, which indicate that the fuzzy-PID controller based on DOB has the advantages of high control accuracy and adaptability.
