Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is one of the three cornerstones of industrial automation and is widely used in various industrial production and scientific research fields.At present,due to the inability of traditional PLC debugging tools to configure business processes,it is difficult to customize the development for the needs of manufacturers.In addition,traditional debugging tools lack open interfaces and cannot co-simulate and debug with other software,which limits the efficiency and function of debugging.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes a solution for the CASS-PLC Retargetable Debugging Framework(CPRDF).CPRDF is an open framework with good scalability and compatibility.This paper introduces analytical modeling,theoretical design,engineering implementation and comprehensive application around CPRDF.The main contents are:1)For the diversification of user debugging,and the design mode of traditional debugging tools is difficult to expand,this paper uses Discrete Event System Specification(DEVS)to design a scalable debugging reference model,which is compatible.The debugging needs of different businesses provide the basis for subsequent engineering research.2)In the process of engineering research,for the traditional debugging tools can not modify the debugging function and interface layout through the configuration file,based on the Dock Panel Suite designed a special component management method and message mechanism,so that the subsequent implementation of the framework prototype in the possession Based on high customizable capabilities,it guarantees good operating efficiency.3)In order to verify the design of CPRDF,this paper implements the engineering prototype of CPRDF,and applies the PID series experiment to test the prototype product.The experimental results prove the correctness of CPRDF design.
