Be dead against the illogical charging condition, this text discussed the district heating charging system, developed a heating measurement and charging integrated system based on micro-electronics technique, intelligent detecting technique and wireless communication technique. The usage and expansion of this system will powerfully promote to ease air pollution,economize energy,boost efficiency and reform district heating system.The heating measurement and charging integrated system as a integral data capture system is composed of the Intelligent Calorimeter, Data Acquisition unit and Charging Management software. Firstly, the article gives an overview design of the Intelligent Calorimeter, it also accomplished the hardware and software design according to the request of low-power dissipation. It Make the Calorimeter have the function of data capture,LCD to show and power supply voltage monitor etc, it realize collecting the temperature,flow etc, and sending the parameter to the Data Acquisition unit through wireless communication; MSP430 singlechip and LCD048 screen have an obviously low-power dissipation characteristic.Secondly, the Data Acquisition unit designed as a Portable Data Recorder still keeps adopting MSP430 singlechip, and expands E~2 PROM with 8K to deposit the data of domestic calorimeter, it takes a LCD hint function, it communicates with the Calorimeter by wireless transceiver module RFM12, and implements serial communication with PC by RS232 bus. Furthermore, The Charging Management software is developed by using Delphi and SQL Serve founded on the Windows XP operation system, the article emphasize the design of each function module and database module. It can save,search,charge and print the consumptive data, it raised the information-based level of the property management. Finally, this article also analyzes the unreliable and disturbance factors of the system when it is running, and provides a series of effectual measures to enhance the reliability and anti-interference of the system.Through the initial test, this system was proved to be having a good ability, such as easy on installation and debugging, reliability on running, veracity on transmiting data, convenience on operating and so on. It comes to an anticipant purpose and request, and also provides certain foundation for improving and perfecting the system in the future.
