The Research And Implementation Of Integrated Management System Of Building

With the continuous improvement of living standards, people also put forwardhigher request for their living condition.Intelligent building is vigorouslydeveloping,however,the integrated management system(IMS),which is the core ofintelligent building is faced with a lot of problems of which the most important one isinformation sharing. At present, various subsystems of most of the existing integratedmanagement system are mutual isolation, which makes information sharing unpossible.So, intelligent building’s advantage and purpose cannot be fully reflected and achieved.Intelligent building integrated management system is to realize the goal of intelligentbuilding light-current system unified monitoring, linkage control, information sharingand strive to make the global information network development blended in them. Thistopic is also designed tightly centered on this goal. Based on analysing the implementmeans of integrated management system, we aim to build a IBMS system of B/Sframework to realize the real meaning integrated management of intelligent buildinglight-current system.IMS’s main function is to realize effective management and control of the inside ofthe building, including the uniform implementation of the weak current system of theindicators monitoring, information sharing, linkage control, at the same time, try torealize he development of network information included in the inside. This article isbased on the purpose for the design of the building, on how to realize the integratedmanagement system carries on the careful analysis of cases, we want to build a buildingintegrated management system based on B/S structure, which from the true sense ofweak current system integration of building management purposes. Currently buildingintegrated management system of information sharing is one of the biggest problems ofits, and information sharing is the core of IMS. Information sharing between subsystemsto achieve the purpose of is able to access their own data, each other can give theapplication to open access to data to each other, let all the subsystems are no longerisolated operation, realize the linkage between the control system, the entire systemprogramming of building a complete integrated system, realize the unification of the building management effectively, make construction has higher operation efficiency, atthe same time of building data for effective analysis and mining, thus can realizeeffective integration and management and energy saving, maintenance and monitorequipment operation state function. In a nutshell, realizing the construction managementis to realize the integration of the construction management from the Angle of vision.Based on the analysis of the implementation of integrated management system, wesuccessfully established an IBMS system based on B/S architecture, the building systemhas basically achieved the real meaning of integrated management. In the process ofsystem implementation, we adopt a SQL database, J2EEE architecture and MVC designpattern, the finally designed IBMS system can basically meet the demand of building’sactual control. The building integration management system we design includes thefollowing six subsystems: real-time monitoring management module, executable controlinstruction management module, system linkage management module, alarmmanagement module, equipment and energy management module and data mining andquery statements management module.
