Design And Realization Of The Management Information System Of The Employment/Unemployment Based On .NET Platform

Due to the decentralized management of the information about the employed andthe unemployed in Wuqing District, Tianjin, Labor and Social Security Bureau hasdifficulties in collecting the information about the employed and the unemployed, andusually makes errors. With the advancement of information project in the governmentdepartment , the Labor and Social Security Bureau in Wuqing District decides toimprove the information management of the unemployed from manual managementto computer management. Therefore, the employment and unemploymentmanagement system basing on B/S structure is going to be developed.This is a set of software system aiming at management of the employmentinformation about the unemployed and making plans to train employees needed incompanies. The development of the system is set up on the . NET platform fromMicrosoft, using the advanced ASP.NET Web programming technology. SQLServer2000 database management system is used in the background database, whichis composed of two modules: the employment and unemployment management andjob demand management. The author is mainly in charge of the overall analysis anddesign of the system function,together with the development and design of theemployment and unemployment management system module. According to thepractical demand and technology,the author adopts the MVC three-tier model designin the process of development and design.In this article, the author exposes necessities of the system development, andanalyzes the development tools and the choice of database management system. Thewhole process of system design, using the thinking of software engineering, isintroduced in detail. The whole system function module is demarcated in the process.The clear data stream picture designed by means of SA analysis method and datadictionary are also stated in this article. While designing the database system, theauthor used E-R picture as a tool. The author descibes E-R picture of the wholesystem and specific database table. The last part of this article is about the interfaceof the partial function of this system.The function demand of this system has mostly been achieved. This system isbeing tested inWuqing labor market now and works well.
