Design And Implementation Of Graduate Employment Management System Based On B/S Structure

This topic comes from a sub item of the project called “student occupation quality educati on and employment service system construction", the project has special funds and I was designated as the responsible person for the project, because I am in charge of the enrollment and employment guidance work in the college, in the premise of investigating students’ employ ment demands of our college and considering the status of relatively lacking students’ employ ment service platform in our college, research on this aspect has been conducted, in order to meet the needs of college students employment of secondary vocational schools.In this design, the users are divided into the role of students, enterprises and administrator, each user, through a user name and password, could enter the page corresponding tooperation items. For the students, the main operation items include registration information, resume mana gement, visiting recruiting information, and corporate messages, send the resumes.In recent years, with the reform of the education system, the domestic college graduates and new school running scale and total to obtain the expansion and growth, continued at the same time, the rapid development and the age of big data in information age arrival contributed to the economic and social division of labor to make the vocational school graduates and new faces the employment choice more. Based on this, the employment of secondary vocational schools in the face of such a huge amount of data forced it to change the previous treatment of employment mode. Based on the above purpose, this system has realized in college students’ employment platform, based on the network environment in the secondary vocational school based on mainly include: the Browser/Server system structure; using Spring framework, Struts2 structure writing logic function modules, so as to ensure the system simple and convenient; and using Hibernate to manipulate the data; the background using MYSQL database management; all pages using JSP technology to realize the information interaction between the user and the system.To build students employment service platform in our college is an important link of the construction of demonstration college, and also urgent needs for students’ employment. After being put into use, this system has successfully provided information acquisition and change between the graduates of our college and the enterprises, as well as largely heightened work efficiency for employment guidance.
