With the rapid development of Internet technology, diversification of social security services, as well as continuous improvement of the social security system, the existing social security information system process are far behind, and cannot meet the requirements of the existing social insurance development. The second stage of the project of social security information system has been carried out in Urumqi to meet the requirements of national All-in-card of social security, with which the social security card can be widely used across security risks and regions. At present, social security system has been updated to version 3; based on which social security and labor management authorities of different areas and cities have developed a set of subsystems of unemployment insurance system for its local practices. Currently, my work is to design and set an unemployment treatment subsystem function module which adapt to social insurance information system of Urumqi.This paper studies the design and implementation of unemployment insurance treatment subsystem of the social insurance information system. The study includes research analysis, business process design and combing of the business module requirements at the early-stage, and the analysis and the designs of the system structures at the middle-stage, as well as completion of the corresponding functional testing, operational testing and performance testing, and finally realize the applications of the unemployment insurance treatment subsystem.Unemployment insurance treatment subsystem simultaneously uses B/S mode, the J2 EE platform structure and MVC pattern. It is a technology of dynamic web applications which developed on UniEAP platform that fully supports object-oriented design, and enables the desktop design of Web applications simpler, more intuitive, and more effectiveness. What’s more, it enables Web application functions more powerful, especially for its support ability to the standardized Web services. System database, which adopts Oracle 11 g RAC mode, can improve system reliability, as well as provide convenient services to the Public effectively and continuously.This system includes the following functional modules: assessing of the unemployed treatment, change of the unemployment treatment, payment of the unemployment treatment, management of the unemployment treatment, and report form etc.. Practice has proved that this system has good practical effectiveness, it greatly improves the management and payment of the unemployment insurance treatment and it has important significance to the social security insurance information construction of Urumqi.
