E-Government Analysis And Design Of A'rong County

Since the last ten years of the 20 century, followed the development ofinformation superhighway, a tide of e-government have swept the world.E-government is based on network and it is a new form of government. By it, thegovernment can promote its efficiency remarkably. In the five fields of theinformation superhighway, e-government is looked as the first one by UN. Almost allthe governments in the world pay attention to it. Therefore our country must developit as soon as possible.To the large amount region governments, building e-government is a new subject.The thesis studies the actuality of several cities and researches every main system ofe-government.In the thesis, the author divides the e-government system into two main systems:the government website and the government intranet system, and assigns the officeautomation system to the latter. The author also designs the hardware and softwareplatform of the whole e-government system. Furthermore the author cites an actualcase which is fulfilled and designed by him, the e-government building in the A'rong County to explain the detailed design of the e-government system.In a word, the thesis is not only academic but also practical.
