Design And Implementation Of Government Affair Website Monitoring System

With the development of EG(Electronic Government),the security of government affair information system has been as same as the security of military information system included in the category of national security.Since government affair information system doesn't only carry important information concerning the people's livelihood,but also be show ways to image and the credibility of the Government,it has been the focus of hacker attacks at home and abroad as the core of the Government security zone.Government website is the external image of the Government,is an important channel for government departments to promote itself,and is a platform for online Government services for the public.Therefore,it requires higher availability,security,and integrity.In this paper,the author introduced website monitoring technology and its developments at home and abroad,analyzed some key technologies which are needed in the government affair Web site monitoring system,such as Web crawler technology,integration technology of heterogeneous data,log analysis,as the technical support of the government affair Web site monitoring and control system.And then,the author analyzes Web site monitoring system functional requirements and business processes,designed some function modules,database,and data interface of the monitoring system.Focused crawler technology and association analysis technology in application of Web page monitoring,and heterogeneous data integration technology in application of data exchange interface were both studied and described.On this basis,the implement of the features of Web site availability,integrity,security,surveillance and monitoring-policy configuration was described,and the monitoring system test and validation were given.At last,the author summarized the work done in this paper and made a prospect of the new monitoring means and monitoring field.
