Design And Implementation Of Property Management Information System Based On J2EE

Property management is one of the related industries that related to commercial housing. Property management is carried out on the basis of basic data, and data processing ability has influence on business efficiency. The implementation of property management information system is an effective way to enhance property management efficiency. In this dissertation, a property company is selected as research target, to develop property management information system which is suitable for businesses in this company, thus to provide property management company information platform.Businesses in property management company are investigated, and information scope is determined. Users of property information system are analyzed, and users are divided into several representative participants. Use case analysis model is created for every participant, and comprehensive use case analysis result is acquired. The system is divided into several modules of basic function module, charge management module, integrated service module and information communication module, on the basis of system function summarize. System performance characters are analyzed from several aspects of security character, functional scalability, operation system portability and etc. And system performance document is acquired. Database ER model is designed according the sequence of module division. Database relation model is created and database tables are created, on the basis of ER model. The technical platform of J2 EE is selected for system development, and technical combination of JSP, Struts and JDBC is used for system development circumstance establishment. According to MVC design pattern, the system is divided into three layers of View, Logic and Database Access. The software function hierarchy division, standardize server response to client request process. Functions’ implementation processes are detail analyzed, functional classes and methods are designed; and calling sequence between different classes are designed. The system is accomplished and user interfaces are designed. Test cases are designed and the system is comprehensively tested.Property information system developed in this dissertation attained system development aim. It can meet users’ actual requirements, provided information platform for property company and enhanced communication ability between property owners and company.
