Most of the property management company generally have many characteristics:covering a wide range of customers, have to deal with a lot of troublesome work. Onlyby the introduction of advanced computer technology can help the propertymanagement efficiently and formally and form a good circulation,helps propertymanagement improve the efficiency and reduce the error rate. In property management,computer can help property company deal with massive data, realize the sharing ofinformation and high speed switch, improve the service level and managementefficiency, make the property management more scientific and standard,and have abetter development.This paper mainly described the detailed process of requirements, design andrealization for property management system,.Firstly, I maked the demand investigationof property management, through the demand for access to the overall design of thesystem, so as to determine the property management system’s functional requirementsand non-functional requirements, using activity diagram for system design in the system,and used s B/S development pattern, J2EE multilayer architecture for the developmentof system. Use Java language and Struts+Hiberninate technology and JSP technology,advanced MYSQL database to develop the property management system. The systemfinally realizes household information management, parking management, real estatemanagement, fault management, personnel management, charge management andsystem management etc.This system meet the property management company’s needs.Finally,through the implementation of the system interface describes the implementationof each functional module and gives the test case.Now, the system has been in normal used, system realize the property managementwork demand, and it is able to enhance the property information management level,reduce resource consumption, enhance office efficiency and make the work reliable,enhance the reputation of property management company.
