Civil Oceanic Information System Of North China Sea Based On Web Technology

At the present time construction of oceanic information sharing system has achieved great progress. Each coastland builds information management system based on web technology one after another which provides service platform for the extensive sharing and rational use of oceanic date.The traditional date management has great disadvantages, such as scattered date, closed information, unavailable limited resource which restricts the step of information's construction and blocks the social development. The digitalization and internet sharing of information date stares us in the face. Along with the prevalence of internet/intranet and the development of information sharing, discarding the traditional information management pattern, setting up the information sharing platform based on internet/intranet and bringing the information date into play is the conformance of modern social information's development as well as necessary trend.According to the arrangement of 2004-2010 platform construction compendium of domestic technological infrastructure qualification, we make experiments in little range about Information service system of north China Sea. First, this artical analyzes the important of information's construction, research's intention and condition of the world. Then, it introduces in detail of technology used in the system, such as ASP, ADO. WebGIS, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, and so on. At last, it discusses overall design, requirement analysis, database construction and function's realization of the system.
