With the arrival of the information era, the traditional security supervision mode has been significantly lagging behind the traditional safety supervision mode, which is based on the mouth, supervision, examination and approval by the paper, statistics, scheduling. It is difficult to realize real-time online monitoring of key enterprises, key risk sources, special units, emergency material reserves, so as not to meet the modern system of security concepts and needs. Based on this, the advanced Internet technology, information dissemination technology and safety production supervision and mutual integration, so as to ensure the safety of production work, become a problem for many industries and fields to be solved. In this paper, the status quo of key enterprises, a major risk sources, high-risk enterprises, the emergency rescue system and the material of the efficient allocation of resources and the analysis of research work.Based on the actual situation of Jiangjin’s starting point, make full use of the current mature global positioning technology, information network communication technology, and the production safety supervision and management aspects of technology and information resources for effective integration, according to the optimal path theory, GPS technology and digital control technology, WEBGIS service platform based on J2 EE architecture, completed the information query functions of key enterprise risk, risk source, special units, emergency rescue security information platform and real-time display system, geographic information management, a major accident emergency plan, major hazard source video monitoring module, the basic realization of the important safety supervision point, information visualization and transparency, improve the safety management and emergency rescue work efficiency.
