The Research About Sharing Marine Environment Information Which Based On The WEBGIS Technology

With the development of the technology on the computer, communication, network, information has been the important part in the society power and the great resource of china. In order to strengthen the information sharing and integration in the field of the sustainable development, and to meet the requirement of government, science research and other people, The Administrative Centre for China's Agenda 21 (ACCA21) implement the project the demonstration of china's sustainable development information sharing. The sustainable development marine information sharing is the important part in it.According to the project's demand, we need to use network, geographic information system technology to build the WEBGIS system of marine environment information sharing to give service for the government, science research and other parts of our society. This paper is made for those. The content has three section.Section A: To compare and analyse the current technology of the WEBGIS.Section B: To study the marine information pretreatment and build the spatial information database.Section C: To build the marine environment information share system using the WEBGIS technology.We use GEOBeans software as our WEBGIS programming tool and use ASP, VBScript, JavaScript as our active WEB page programming tools. With the building marine environment spatial database, we design and build a demonstration of browser/server structure. These work give an help for using WEBGIS technology in marine information sharing and servicing.
