| Promoting government information construction is the trend all around the world. Our country is also vigorously promoting information construction in the government. Qingdao Administration of Industry and Commerce, one of the function departments of our country, responds to the call of promoting information construction from State Administration of Industry and Commerce actively. Qingdao Administration of Industry and Commerce started its information construction in 1998 and experienced single machine application to Intranet data sharing and then to sharing the data of the city. Now, it has established 3-level network application system.With the greater development of information construction and the improvement of 3-level network application system, relative departments put forward higher requirement of the relation in data and business. However, early Administration of Industry and Commerce systems used the 2-level client-server architecture and saved the data in different areas, which results in questions such as lack of systems contact and data synchronizing regularly. The questions above often result in waste of system resource and information isolation so that the system was not able to meet the requirements of exchanging the data smoothly and sharing the information and so on. It must establish a new system by data centralizing which can combine the early systems.On basis of researching data concentrating, J2EE, portal, workflow, SSO, the thesis focuses on processes and industry characteristics of Qingdao Administration of Industry and Commerce business system. The system also bases on the laws and regulations of industrial and commercial administration. The new system combines the original systems by technical means, which can adapt to the need of industrial and commercial administration. The new system consists of 25 subsystems, which are contacting with each other and sharing the data. The establishment of the new system will centralize the systems which are running separately on different platforms. The new system will improve efficiency by realizing information sharing and eliminating information isolation island. |
