Design And Implementation Of News Portal Based On J2EE

Along with the development of technology and popularization of computer applications, computer network gradually becomes the main way to retrieve and transfer information. For its unbounded, timeliness and interactivity, the advantages of Internet are continuously displayed in terms of news media and public opinion. News portal was created in this situation.As the size and complexity of WEB applications are greatly increased, the system architecture is playing an increasingly important role. The so-called architecture is a set of rules, which is the definition of system structure and mutual relations between components of system. In current multi-tier architecture, J2EE is a relatively major solution. In this thesis, the WEB structure is discussed thoroughly, the J2EE-based B/S structure is used as application architecture of the news portal.J2EE technology uses a component-based hierarchical design, which makes the framework context plain and clear. The separation of the view, control and model is realized to improve the specifications of the design, and to achieve loose coupling between the layers.Requirement analysis for news portal is carried out, the master plan was designed, the specific functions were given, the single sign-on mechanism was presented and the detailed design was given. Functional modules of the system were designed in detail. The safety management program for the website was proposed and the MD5 encryption was improved.The master plan of the Website is divided into foreground design and background management system design. A good foreground design of Website should be beautiful, user-friendly, have rational construction, intelligent background processing, good and excellent content and efficient interaction. The background management system is the platform for maintaining and updating the content of the Website. A fully functional portal site requires the support of a strong background management system. The layouts of many portal sites have not changed much, but relying on back-to-date information management systems, the continuously updated information win the largest number of visits Therefore, website background management system is the soul of the entire site.The function modules and business processes of news portal are designed in detail. The news release module, the in-station search module, the site statistics module and upload and download module of the portal are designed.Single sign-on technology means in multiple applications, users can access all authorized applications only need to log on once, which is "validation once, access everywhere." The single sign-on mechanism is designed in this system to facilitate the user access the applications of the website.In order to maintain the security of web applications, the user's password must be encrypted. Algorithms and encryption elements are popular in creation of the encryption scheme. The encryption types of hash function in common use are MD5 and SHA. The encryption scheme of MD5 is used in this system, and the algorithm of MD5 is improved.In summary, the improved news portal system was designed and implemented based on needs analysis and hierarchical module, and the access efficiency and the program safety are enhanced.
