With the rapid development of the economy, more and more high-rise buildings have appeared. The water pressure of the city water supply appears seriously inadequate. Especially during the rush hour of using water, the water consumption increases sharply, so that it leads to the sharp decline of the limited water pressure. Most people can not obtain enough water supply, and it brings a great a great deal of inconvenience to the inhabitants'lives.In order to solve the problem above, this dissertation designs a new smallest controller which includes AT89C52 Micro Controller Unit (MCU) core. The controller was consisted of several modules, such as data signal collection modules, human-machine interface modules (parameters setting and displaying), fuzzy control modules, and wireless transceiver module. Some anti-jamming measures are adopted between the modules. The controller not only makes the water supply system meet the requirements of the water user reliably, but also makes the operation and management of the water supply system more reasonable in economy.Through control of the pressure parameters, MCU sends signals to the transducer. With these instructions it can make a frequency output to adjust pump motor speed automatically. And in accordance with the size of the water pump volume, MCU can control the relays that connect the pump in order to change pump speed. The number of running pumps and the rotate speed of motor can be controlled in the implement of water pressure closed-loop control. It can achieve the goal of constant pressure water supply. In addition, for the convenience of the far-distance control and sending the information of water controller, the dissertation designs wireless Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver circuit based on nRF401, which realizes the water supply network and establishes a strict scientific management system, so that a reliable operation and good energy- saving effects can be obtained.For the complex environment of water supply, and difficulty to build the mathematics model for the controller object, this dissertation does some works in motor control arithmetic for next step. Puts forward a thought of making a water supply controller used fuzzy arithmetic. Simulates fuzzy controller in MATLAB. And give a provement to improve the water supply controller in the future.
