In the 21st century, manufacture enterprises' main pattern is agile manufacture. With the rapid development of information technology and the globalization of market and economy, the enterprises must response to the demand which changes fast in order to win the markets and customers. Manufacturing execution system is a bridge between the top-level transaction and the low-level control system of facilities. It is the key technology to implement the enterprise agile manufacture strategy. However, the current MES mostly designs for specific demand, which is deficient in versatility, re-construction, integration, and extension. It cannot be adjusted to the changes of enterprise business and organizational structure in system structure and function.In view of the challenge question and the future developing trend of Manufacturing Execution, a solution is proposed in this thesis, which can adapt to fast changes, re-construction and deployment. It uses components for rapid assembly of new sevices, which encapsulates business process with service, provides uniform service interface. It can standardize the data of internal system by XML form, and provide standard and loose coupling information system for enterprise to adapt agile manufacture as well as the integration and cooperation of other information systems.Together with the service-oriented architecture and separation of concerns, Architecture of the system is designed. During the development of system, in order to solve the problems such as stability and reliability of system, extension of system function as the business changes, rapid implement and low cost deployment and so on, the system uses some essential technology such as enerprise service bus technology, the division, design,management and assembly of component, the technology of data integration and data exchange. Finally, we apply this system in the cold rolling MES project of Jiuquan steel and iron company, obtains the certain application effect, and summarizes some questions which this platform needs further to study.
