Abstract/Summary:
Our country city TV station had robust development,brilliant achievements, great contributions , but it has been a matter of the past. Judging from the current crisis for much , city TV station is entering into a new and important period of development. In this period of development, the CCTV and satellite television are squeezing , the threat of the outside and overseas television, the challenge of the traditional media and new media are all coexisting. It is also an important period of development.During the period ,opportunities and challenges are holding, crisis and energe are nurturing, prospects is bright and not to advance is to drop back .It is a critical period to decide the future and destiny of the city television station.The research , from strategic perspective, firstly,systematically studies the current strategic environment in which city television station exists,analyses comprehensivly the impact on city television station about the survival and development of related conditions,judges thoroughly into the city TV station's competitive advantages and disadvantages , the opportunities and challenges the city TV station faces. Secondly,the research combines connotation and factors of the difference-making competition strategy, points out the difference-making competition strategy that the city television station carries out to win market is necessary,practical and significant,and then cites a representative example of Changde city radio and television station, found problems, trigger thinking . Finally ,the research analyses and predicts the risk will exist in the competition ,when the city television station carries out difference-making competition strategy . In order to solve these problems,the research shows some positive prevented measures, such as systematic assessment consistent with ordered plans, improving the quality of content in synchronization with integrated marketing ,the effective administration and the flexible management to hang together ,to expect helping those practitioners who serve in city TV station with the support of theory and direction of practise , giving Chinese TV enterprisedevelopment strategy enlighten and thinking.
