Signaling tracing subsystem is the most important module among the CDMA Telecommunication Management Network. It's the main tool to inspect system whether running well. In addition it's also the effective means to develop new operations. Therefore, a favorable signaling tracing subsystem is the most important factor to increase telecom network management performance. By analyzing the structure of UEP, the design and the implement plan of the signaling tracing subsystem are presented in this thesis.Beginning with introducing TMN definition, this thesis theoretically illustrates TMN model, architecture and standard interface and function distribution, provides signaling tracing subsystem for modeling criterion and theoretic Instruction. Secondly, the whole framework of the Telecommunication network management system and the internal framework of the signaling tracing subsystem are discussed.Making use of software engineering thought and Object Oriented Program idea, the signaling tracing subsystem adopts foreword and backward structure. The forward portions deeply analyze the goal of design, the principle of realization, the design and realization of standard module and auxiliary module on signal tracing forward agent. The backward portions emphasis on expound the main process flow and the method of realization in sever and client.According to the bug of task processing on forward portion in signal tracing system, a new optimization project based on hash table which has double chain is put forward in the thesis. The testing result illustrates this optimization fully improve real-time and stability of the system. This signal tracing mechanism of forward task transmitting has been applied for national patent. In addition, the message adapter technique, which account for the communication between forward and backward effectively and increase efficiency and reliability of software secondary development, is researched in the backward portions.After a long period of the operation debugging and performance improvements, the system which has high project application value has been successfully applied to a number of network management project developments.
