Design And Implementation Of SOP System In Unified Network Management Platform Based On TMN

The concepts of TMN are detailedly introduced in this article, which is advanced by International Telecommunications Union. This is a new comprehensive technique for managing the telecom network. Then, we study the Application-Caf-Uep three layers framework and some subsystems such as Configuration Management, Fault Management, Performance Management and Tools Management in Unified Network Management Platform, which is designed based on the TMN and explain how to realize the criterions of telecom management network in the view of management functions and architectures. Afterwards, how to use the core technologies of the Unified Network Management Platform such as JMS, JBOSS and so on to make up the insufficient in distributed management of TMN is discussed in this thesis. Finally, basing on the theory of the TMN and the technology of the Unified Network Management Platform, the author analyzed and has developed a SOP subsystem of the comprehensive NMS,which is used for stirring the running of services of core network.SOP is an important constituent of criterions in telecom management network. Therefore, the research work described by this thesis can direct the research work of developing the other part of comprehensive NMS.
