With the rapid development of our country economy and technology,the traditional industry in the operation and maintenance of industrial equipment,facing the challenge and opportunity coexist.Web-based equipment IOT cloud computing service,operation and maintenance management to the market demand as the guide,changed the traditional industrial equipment management mode.Abandoned the C/S mode,which are Inflexible and difficult to maintain and upgrade,development based on B/S architecture multi-tenant information management platform.This topic explored based on the technology of Internet of things,cloud computing,Connecting and monitoring equipment,innovated interactive mode of the maintenance busine ss and build the professional application services in equipment monitoring,operation and management,energy consumption analysis,project management.The difference between peers which used monomer system of intelligent instruments and energy consumption monitoring is that the platform can provide users with the host equipment operating data,also can make use of the equipment operation data and parameters,excavated the value of maintenance,such as fault early warning,remote fault diagnosis,alarm messa ge push and energy-saving scheme,etc.This topic is derived from industry-university-research cooperation,and developed a set of "platform + service" equipment operation and maintenance management system for the traditional industrial equipment(mainly in HVAC equipment).Firstly,the background and significance of the research on the subject were elaborated,discussed the research status at home and abroad,analyzed the design ideas and characteristics of the operation and maintenance management platform.Combined with the function of the platform,the paper put forward the overall structure of the platform which main consists of four parts: field equipment,gateway subsystem,the server and client,and then expounded the connection between the parts.Secondly,the paper introduced the server and client of the operations management platform.Especially the design of database and the building of Web service,the data interaction and parsing,as well as the data and function displaying at the front page.Redis and MySQL were selected as the datab ase platform.Multi-tenant data storage used the model of shared database and data architecture.The functions of the database include log management,authority division and management,authentication,data analysis and report generation,the alarm situati on analysis and report generation,etc.The Socket server and IIS Web server provided the data that displayed on client.C# was used as development language and ASP was used as interactive technology for dynamic pages.Data interaction technique and workin g principle were introduced in detail.Ajax was selected as the method of data request,and then we discussed how to realize the real-time display of the data on the Web page.Considered the security mechanism of Web,designed and produced the front page t hat users' experience well,such as visual beauty,interactive fluency,compatibility with all the mainstream browser.The article starting from the main function of the platform,realized the display and query of real-time data,alarming,energy consumption analysis,project and enterprise management,and so on.Finally,combined with the practical application of the project,this paper shows the overall function of the module through the Web,which illustrated the real effectiveness of the platform.The project or equipment maintenance requirements are getting higher and higher,the platform will fill the actual needs of users.
