The Study Of Fieldbus Control System Based On WorldFIP Network

This paper present an open, distributed fieldbus control system that is named FIPNet, which based on research of FF FCS, WorldFIP and IEC 61499 standard, and combined several new theories such as Event, Function Block, Interoperability etc. In this paper, FIPNet fieldbus control system is composed of link master station and ordinary fieldbus communicaion stations. The communication interface of FIPNet devices which can provide three kinds of service for communication. The function block which defined by FIPNet accept the theroy of event that based on the research in IEC61499 standard and FF. The network management module of FIPNet is for monitoring the fieldbus, which only could be implemented in link master station. FIPNet can guarantee the time determinability, enhance the autonomy of the device and the capable of interoperability. At last, a measure system had been designed for testing the feasibility of FIPNet.
