Design Of Electric Locomotive's Zone Measurement System On GPS/GSM

In order to solve the problem which the electricity-fee of the railway system between the energy section and the locomotive section and the problem of accurate calculation of electric locomotive's electric energy, this paper puts forward a new type of zone measurement system of electric locomotive which using Global Positioning System(GPS) technology and Global System for Mobile communication technology(GSM). This system not only calculates accurately and has strong anti-jamming performance, but also settles the problem of zone measurement which happens during the course of electric locomotive running.This paper first introduces the advanced technology which used by the system—GPS technology and GSM technology in detail, then mostly analyses the principle, the hardware designing and the software designing of the section of nether computer—electricity meter module, and also layouts the designing thought of the upper computer section—the center of the data process. At last it analyses the troubles during designing course, and introduces improved methods for every trouble respectively.
