| High traffic problem in GSM network is the popular problem among China Mobile. This article analyses and focuses the High traffic problem in China Mobile Hainan Branch, whichconsists of six parts.Part OneBriefly introduces the radio network development of China Mobile Hainan Branch since 2006,and highlights the background and demands for study on High traffic problem in GSM network.Part Two and Part ThreeThoroughly analyze the current network situation from six perspectives, such as the networkkey point index, traffic density,CIR,construction project, the network environmental changes, frequency resources usage, then point out the problems existing in network.Part Four and Part FiveBased on the detailed analysis of the High Traffic Problem in Hainan Province, through further understanding and reference to the situation of other provinces as well as "the advantage and disvantage comparison analysis", effective solutions are then proposed, such as "the three-dimensional network network", "multi implementation method", "Enhancing expanded carrier efficiency" .Part SixA conclusion to this article.By introducing implementing methods of "beautified special antenna, the biologicalmodelling tree, outdoor basestation, the carrier pool" as well as the prority connection relation of three key indicators enhancing the expanded carrier efficiency comfirmed by the practice study,this article pro poses "the multilayered three-dimensional network", which effectively addresses Hainan High Traffic problem and provides the constructive solution for the development of basestation construction in the high traffic situation as well as greatly alleviate the contradiction between the difficulty of constructing basestation in crowed city and the fastgrowingtraffic. The practice effect is obvious.
