How to satisfy the high bandwidth requirements of current mobile network users, protectexisting investments while reducing operation and maintenance costs, and better access totraditional network is a major problem all-IP mobile network evolution at present. The POOLwhich contains lots of mobile services switching center groups is called MSC POOL (MobileSwitching Center Pool)technology.The technology enhances the ability of network security isbecoming a global standard solution of all-IP mobile core network at present. As mobiletelecom operators of mobile all-IP network requirements, the application of the MSC POOLof3G network technology will be comprehensively supported. The MME POOL (MobilityManagement Entity Pool) technology which the technology of MSC POOL extended in the4G of LTE/LTE-A network is being studied and experimented. At the same time, How toresolve the traditional wireless interface to access to the resource problem of all-IP mobilecore network, the solutions that technology of AOIP (A Interface Over IP) access to themobile core network is proposed. The MSC POOL core network technology based AOIPtechnology is aiming at how to solve the integration of traditional wireless interface resourcesto all-IP mobile core network problems. This paper presents an MSC POOL convergednetwork solutions which is the based AOIP technology. The program took into account theissues that is network traffic balanced expansion and upgrade, improved resource utilizationand constituted a reasonable plan that is network disaster recovery strategy. Also this paperproposed a network implementations of MSC POOL based AOIP. The program proposesanalysis method based on the MSC POOL performance evaluation and proves the superiorityand reliability of the network. Through analyzing the performance data of existing network,MSC POOL network solution is superior to the traditional network, which reduces the loadfactor signaling link load network and mobile core network, improves the resource utilizationof the mobile core network, handover success rate and location update success rate. Themobile network structure and have the overall performance have been enhanced.The Paper is organized as follows: The first chapter introduces that the technicalbackground and the key technologies which is called MSC POOL technology has become thepresent and future all-IP mobile core network solution. By using AOIP technology in theMSC POOL core network, its significance lies in the realization of the all-IP mobile networkwhich range the IP core switching network to the wireless network. Then the paper introducesMSC POOL core network applications and network transformation program which usedAOIP key technology. Finally, the paper describes the main work and the structuralarrangement of the paper. The second chapter is the technical principles of A interface IP(AOIP).This chapter describes the transformation rules with respect to TRFO which is a critical technologies and then introduces the rules AOIP rehabilitation programs, finallydesigned to participate in rehabilitation programs which used AOIP projects. By using AOIPtechnology, the network reduces the signaling link load and improve resource utilizationmobile core network. The third chapter research key technologies of MSC POOL. Thischapter firstly introduces the MSC POOL technical definitions and background, and thenintroduces the basic concepts of MSC POOL key technologies. Finally, the study designoptimization solutions of MSC POOL which is based on AOIP. The fourth chapter analyzesthe performance which is proposed to assess to MSC POOL based AOIP. The program is thatthe random mobile users who accessed to the MSC POOL network established a probabilitymodel to analyze the superiority and reliability of MSC POOL network. Through the analysisof simulation results, the MSC POOL network solution reduces the load factor signaling linkload of mobile core network, improves the resource utilization of the mobile core network,enhances handover success rate and the success rate of location update. At last, the mobilenetwork structure and overall performance has improved. The fifth chapter is chaptersummary and outlook. The main work summarizes the prospects that MSC POOL technologyevolve in mobile networks in the future.
