Scientific data play an irreplaceable role in technological innovation and enriching the public's life, but the value of scientific data don't be reflected sufficiently because of low service efficiency and hysteretic data management. Resource segregation, no uniform standard, repeating construction and waste of scientific data make that exploring scientific data sharing project become inevitable in current times, therefore, setting up of scientific data sharing system, implementation of scientific data sharing through by using modern information technology have an important significance to accelerating the development of science and technology of our country.This paper analyze current situation of scientific data sharing of our country, and combine the specific problem and requirement of the institution which use this system, after detail analysis, design this scientific data sharing platform system. The paper classify the data resource related to the system by several standard and state several receiving method of data resource separately, meanwhile this paper explain the architecture design of this system, and its function module such as scientific data, scientific and technical literature, patent search, user and authority management, information search, logs management, full text search, announcement management, communication module, academic conference etc. This system is based on J2EE architecture and makes full use of this software architecture.After detail investigation and research of those running scientific data sharing system, combining the actual requirement, this paper raise a mixed method which includes based on an open database, based on query interface, based on metadata. This scientific data sharing platform system is just constructed by this method. Through this, sharing of multi-form of data resource is satisfied, and it is more convenient to use, also amplify the scale of using system. In the implementation of many modules, asynchronous refresh technology is used, which make the system more human, and more convenient for use.
