| The sensor technology of acquiring information is the elementary and most important technology which opens the way to the integration, minisize, and network from the singularity. Wireless sensor networks(WSN) is a new hotspot of research field which involves embedded system, distributed information processing, wireless communication and sensor technologies. Wireless sensor networks is formed by a large number of low-cost sensor nodes in the detection area. It is a self-organizing multi-hop network, and can perceive, collect and process the real-time information of the objects in the detection area and send the data to the observers.This dissertation introduces the concept of WSN. System structure, node technology and protocols of WSN are explored as the research work of the beginning. The characteristics and some crucial problems of WSN are summed up . The dissertation also introduces the structure of the wireless communication protocol ZigBee in detail. An all-purpose WSN node is designed based on CC2420 and Msp430fg4619. The dissertation introduces the design of data collection module, data processing module, and wireless communication module, and also gives the design of wireless communication program. Tests on the node's transmission performance and network construction capacity are carried out, results show that the node has a good performance and has certain practical meanings.Wireless sensor networks may replace the traditional detection devices. As the traditional detection devices are much more complicated and require a large number of wiring, and are inconvenient to change the location of monitoring points. WSN may provide new solutions to the collection of sensor information and applications of actual network. |
