With the deepening development of urbanization,the proportion of Catering services in urban economic development is more and large.The oil fume contains a variety of toxic chemical composition sush as lung toxicity,immune toxicity,carcinogenicity and mutagenicity,which are harm to human body. it has caused serious harm on human health and brought people great impact. So the oil fume pollution has become the most important problem that should be solved in china's environmental protection. Becauses of the dispersed pollution sources and the wide coverage area, Comprehensive improvement is very dificult, oil fume pollution of catering trade has become a serious environmental problem in cities and has caused the extensive concern, researching remote wireless monitoring technique of oil fume purification control equipment and developing a high-quality oil fume purification remote monitoring system have important theoretical value and practical significance for environment protection and governance.Remote monitoring system concerns to widespread technique field. The oil fume purification remote monitoring system based on WinCE and GPRS concerns multiple disciplinary field including modern communication technology and microcomputer technology.This article adopts the advanced embedded system technology, basing on the platform of Microsoft's WinCE and Samsung's S3C2410,researching and developing the system platform's broad support package(BSP).It is the base and key to realize the system kernel transplant as well as the appliance software of whole system.At first,We establishthe system schemes,confirm the system components of software and hardware, fully analysis the characteristics of the current market existing oil fume sensor,Develop the data acquisition circuit based on the oil fume sensor TGS2600.Then analyses the BSP architecture and developing steps of software parts.Follows that,detailed developing system loader program Boot Loader,OAL code and driver.The special emphasis of this article is placed on the development process of serial driver and ADC driver.Finally,it concludes the process of GPRS dialup on WinCE and the upper computer software on EVC of oil fume sensor signal acquisition, so as to verified that the BSP introduced in this article can support the WinCE operation.The article provides a new idea and method for the wireless remote monitoring system based on GPRS.It also improves some problems in the researeh of remote monitoring system.the system is successfully used in monitoring the oil fume pollution from restaurants in city.It is a good reference to other transmission system based on wireless communication.
