| Coal is an important basis for energy and materials, accounting for more than70percent ofChina’s total energy. However, the coal industry, production safety situation is not optimisticabout the gas explosion as a prominent representative of serious accidents haveoccurred.Therefore, the state gas sensors on the mine detection requirements cyclical, in orderto reduce the occurrence of security incidents.Based on a series of industry standards for coal mine gas sensors from the StateAdministration of Work Safety,working hours of the gas sensor signal output values have beentested mine with the industry standard for data comparison and then determine whether thesensor is qualified, and remote data transmission. It can easily and quickly complete the stationof calibrating coal mine gas sensors, and guarantee the security in coal mine production.This paper implements a slave device of the calibrating system on ARM9,and host PCprogram of the calibrating system on VC++6.0, based on the study of principle in calibratingcoal mine gas sensors. The hardware of slave device of the calibrating system is divided intothree parts: Power supply, Signal process and Master part. Each part can be also contained ofdifferent circuits. Power supply part is divided into Sensor power supply, Main circuit powersupply, and The master chip and memory chip power supply. Signal processing part iscontained by the signal Acquisition circuit, the signal Processing circuit, the signal Storagecircuit and signal Transmission circuit. Master part had two circuits: both Master chip circuitand Controlled gate circuit. The program of the slave device is programmed under ADS(ARMDeveloper Suit)that is matched with the main chip S3C2440.The design of the system software is divided into four major functional program: thedetection part of the software design, serial communication module software design, wirelesscommunications, software design, GPRS access INTERNET design.At present, the calibrating system of coal mine gas sensors is being tested in laboratory. The experimental results show that it has powerful data process capability, goodanti-interference and high precision. This paper provides a noval viable method of automaticcalibration of the coal mine gas sensors. |
