For the importance of the measurement of powder quality in detonator production area, but there is no clear standard for production. My thesis developed an efficient powder measurement and monitoring on line system, which is with the support of the third party company.After a particular research of the project, I decided to make a photo-electricity measurement system which merges optical fiber sensor technology and embedded technology together.Optical fiber sensor technology is rapidly growing as a new member of the sensors' family, while embedded technology is also becoming one of the most popular technologies in IT area. In order to accomplish the speed of the measurement, my thesis specially designed 50 channels measure method which could save both time and space. On the other hand, on rely of the embedded system, the thesis made a system which is able to study aptitude. This makes the system could exchange the mode in different condition, it is very convenient.In addition, the thesis could save the cost in the measurement application area. It also shows the improvement plan.This thesis is the application of the photo-electricity technology in new area. It makes a good winning for further exploring and experimenting.
