Design And Implement Of The Assistant Decision-making System For Railway Bureau Freight Management

As the fast developing of the related information technology and the achievements of the railway bureau information-based construction, the railway bureau freight management information system has been well developed. At the same time, current information systems are basically independent from each other, along with the distinctness of the data structure, unilateral of the report forms are unable to provide general and unify information to the freight management. Under such background, the assistant decision-making system for railway bureau freight management should provide an all-around, precise and scientific decision-making function after the organization, utilization and process of the current mass resources.This paper addresses how to establish railway freight management synthetic database. Using data warehouse technique to integrate the original data of freight invoice, Freight Marketing and Operation System, freight traffic statistic and marketing information so as to build a synthesize database for freight management. This database loads historical and current information from other information systems and works synchronous beyond update new information.This paper addresses the function design of the assistant decision-making system for railway bureau freight management such as freight requirement prediction, consignor and consignee subsection, goods flow subsection, train flow subsection, freight index analyzing, freight revenue and profit analyzing, emphasis material delivery report management using J2EE, web-xml based technology and has basically resolved the faultiness of the current railway bureau freight management information system.
