In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's material living standards,the total volume of transportation increased year by year,which promoted the vigorous development of various modes of transport.Relative to the overall trend of steady growth,the total amount of rail freight transport has declined in the past three years,of which the total negative growth in 2015 is more than 10%.The market share of rail freight is gradually divided by means of transport.To ensure the basic position of rail transport,it is necessary to change the traditional way of rail transport,introducing a new ways to attract the loss of customer base,update technology and equipment to improve transport quality and service levels.For this reason,railway transport in our country focus on the development of railway express freight transportation,hoping to improve the economic benefits of railway transport in the market.Due to the rapid development of communication technology,intelligent mobile terminal technology and wireless connection technology,handheld mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablet PCs continue to enter people's lives and continue to affect people's lives.People are increasingly relying on these digital devices.Android system-based mobile phone is occupied for half of the smart phone market.This article is on Android platform as a system to run the support and development of the design for the railway express freight information management system,it is simple and convenient to operate,as long as the network can be met at any time to meet the needs of logistics inquiries.Based on the Android system platform,this paper describes the framework of the system,the four commonly used components of the system described one by one.The definition of bar code technology,bar code analysis principle,bar code of various coding methods and application areas are introduced.This paper develops and designs the information management system based on the C/S system structure frame,so the software structure framework is also explained clearly.The server side uses the SQL Server database to store and process the relevant data,and analyzes the development,characteristics,performance and advantages of the database in detail.Then,the use case analysis is used to illustrate the requirements of the whole system and the modules,and the database table structure is created.C/S is used as the structure frame to construct the system,and the system modules are designed and implemented.Finally,the system performance is tested.This paper mainly through the study of a variety of technical theory,the use of these theories design and development of a deal with the railway express cargo information management system.Through the building of the system environment,the preparation of specific code,the server debugging,the basic functions of the system is implemented.The system designed and developed in this paper can make the transportation of goods more efficient and make the logistics information in the way of transportation more intuitive,and it is more convenient for the freight center to monitor and process the cargo transportation data,which has certain practical application significance.
