Research And Development On Computer Aided Management System Of Flexible Fixture For Railway Freight Cars

At present the manufacturing of railway freight cars has been in more and more intense competition, to make the factory which has to meet the demand of the market for variety and customization change the line of production fast and cheaply, the flexible technological equipment of railway freight cars is developed, which is able to clamp different workpieces with one type of technological equipment through using group technology, mechanical transmission and automatic control technology. Howerver, the management mode of the flexible technological equipment is based on manual which leads to low-efficiency and many problems in the process production.In order to improve the management of the flexible technological equipment applied to the manufacturing of railway freight cars, the computer aided management systerm for the flexible technological equipment of railway freight cars is researched and developed in this paper.The main research contents are given as follows:Firstly, according to analysis of the principle, structure and existing business process of the flexible technological equipment,the system function model is separated into three parts which are equipment resources management, equipment work business management and rapid assembly design for the flexible technological equipment, the system architecture and workflow are put forward.Secondly,an flexible technological equipment business process model which includes business analysis, assembly program using and module flow as its keys is proposed with corresponding data management mode;flexible technological equipment resources information model is put forward,according to which,the system database design is proposed.Thirdly, rapid assembly design for the flexible technological equipment based on typical instance is proposed, workpieces instance searching model based on Nearest Neighbor, instance organization model, instance modification and storage tactics are studied deeply. Lastly, based on the above research, the computer aided management systerm for the flexible technological equipment of railway freight cars is developed combining with the requirements of the corporation.
