With the rapid development of information industry, the research and application of Data Warehouse (DW) and its related technology have become a hotspot in the database domain. In order to ensure the profit of credit and elusion risk, the CBRC gathers large amount of credit data from financial organ to establish DW. It analyzes and reorganizes the source data by all kinds of technology of DW to make sure the automatic realization of risk early warning analysis. The thesis is base on the server subsystem of Risk Early Warning System which used Client/Server architecture. The server transforms the source data into data warehouse by analyzing, integrating and recomposing, and also provides functions of system management. It helps response the client's request and offers computed data and solutions for client show.On the instruction of software engineering, the thesis tells the process of DW such as requirement analysis, function design, realization and system test. As the further analysis of requirement, the analyzing subjects that are constitutive of dimension tables and fact tables are designed, and the function to fill the two kinds of tables from source data is designed and realized. The workflows of computing CUBE tables based on related DW are mainly researched. And the communication function between Client/Server(C/S) also designed and implemented in the thesis.Risk system that the thesis based on is now in operation, through functional testing and historical data testing that to authenticate the accuracy of data, proof the Integrity, accuracy and timeliness of the data in DW. The system satisfies users' demand of risk early warning, indicate the reasonable and practical of design ideas and methods showed in this thesis, and these are valuable for similar support decision developing.
