Because digital TV network has the ability to transmit 30M bytes per second, it may transmit 7-8 sets of standard clear digital television programs in one set of analog television program bandwidth.This raises the use of the wireless frequency spectrum greatly and may save many precious wireless frequency spectrum resources to provide many and varied value-added services. The paper mentioned a real-time traffic information coding and decoding system based on terrestrial digital TV which is an important part of "863" program. It is used to broadcast real-time traffic information to the drivers using terrestrial digital TV transmission wireless network, and the terminal which has terrestrial digital television receiving function receives the real-time traffic information.This paper has two parts, including the transmission of traffic information data encoding and data decoding in the terminal. At the transmitting end, traffic information is encoded and transformed into digital television transport stream ,the data will be firstly packaged in the form of paragraph, and then configured to transport stream packets, Then it is multiplexed with other television programs into one transport stream to launch. At the receiving end, digital TV set-top box is used to receive data, the paper mainly completes the design and realization of decoding system Including the allocation and settings of channel, the settings of filters, realization of transport streams decoding.The system mentioned in paper makes full use of terrestrial digital television transmission network, provides the possibility for the large capacity digital/multimedia information broadcasting.It does not need to take the independent wireless frequency band, does not need to construct the new wireless network, so it has a vital practical significance. |
