On The Problems And Countermeasures Of TV Law Program

Since the 80s of last century, along with the development of Law Course in China, the TV law program has made great progress. Nowadays, this kind of TV program is just in its time, getting more and more attention.This article explains the concept of TV law program, and analyzes the interaction between TV law program and the process of the rule of law. Based on which,this article demonstrates that the fundamental attribute of TV law program is to make education. From this perspective,the author observes the problems on TV law program,such as it's narrow scope of topics, detailed display of Crime details and it's surplus of suspense and so on.Then this article fingers out mat it is the ignorance for making education during the creation of these programs that leads to low-graded programs. Based on legal knowledge and theory and the consideration of the request of publicity on the legal system, this article finds the key to the healthy development of the creation of TV law program is to insist on it's fundamental attribute. TV law program should always treat law education as it's top priority and concentrate all forces to make quality program. And also,the author thinks the right direction of TV law program is not to provide universal entertainment but to introduce moral judgement and psychological analysis into it.
