| Yanchang Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Company is an important developing enterprise in Shaanxi Province. With the informationalization process of the enterprise, they have encountered many problems in the use of the existing information platform system. especially when the organizational structure and business process of the enterprise changed, the former system could not meet the daily demand.In order to adapt to the changing internal and external environment, enterprises need a quick change and optimization of their business process, which forced enterprises to seek a new technology to establish a new type of business process supporting mechanism, which should not only support the rapid changes of the organizational structure and business process of enterprises, but also support the integration of the existing heterogeneous information resources in enterprises.In this paper, the workflow management system is introduced to the construction of information platform system in Refinery & Petrochemical Company. The following three aspects were mainly studied in this paper:Firstly, by comparing the domestic and foreign advanced workflow management system, a workflow middleware platform is selected to meet the business demand of this enterprise. Moreover, different forms of workflow engines are compared, which has provided important theoretical basis for selecting workflow products.Secondly, analysed the advantages and disadvantages of the heavyweight and lightweight development platform.The J2EE lightweight platform based on JSF+Hiberante framework is well designed, which conformed with the MVC design pattern.Finally, the traditional systems development methodology is analyzed, and the SynchroFLOW-based design method is designed combining with workflow-based system development ideas. This method has been used for the design and implementation of several system modules. |
