The Design And Implementation Of Test System Of Speaking English

During the modern development of information technology, computer has already became an essential tool of people's work and study. The application of computer technology in other areas, not only improves the efficiency of that area, but also can open up more extensive space for itself. This article comes from the application of computer technology in education tests area. Not only does it enrich methods for tests in education, but also improves the efficiency of test in speaking English.This article analyses the present situation of test of speaking English and designs a system which can simulate the test of speaking English in computer by database, multimedia and network against the faults of nowadays face-to-face speaking English test. This article says about the whole procedure of developing the test system of speaking English and emphasizes how the test of speaking English, management of item bank, check and grade system come true. This system was designed by two structures: C/S and B/S. The achievement of test sub system bases on C/S structure and the achievement of management system bases on B/S structure.This system can be run on Windows operating system. The network server is Windows Server 2003and the database server is Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The client computer uses Windows XP. This system was developed by Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2005 as the main tool, which achieved most of function modules.
