In order to speed up the process of elementary education informationization, the Ministry of Education launched a "national teachers'skill of applied educational technology capacity-building program in secondary and elementary school ".Depending on the program,there will have more than 20 million secondary and elementary school teachers come from 12 League Cities,101villages and towns need to take part in the training and the assessment after the training in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. "The development of Inner Mongolia secondary and elementary schools'teachers'Educational Technology training final exam item bank and online testing system" project emerges as the times demand. The topic of this thesis comes from the project, which mainly focused on the design of the item bank database of the online test system and the design and development of the test results analysis module.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part of the thesis is an overview of the study. It focuses on the background of the development project, that is, the significance of carrying out the test of the national teachers'skill of applied educational technology in secondary and elementary school, analysis of the Inner Mongolia region the status of this work; put forward the question of this study as well as the aim and significance of the study .The second part of the thesis is an analysis of the system needs. It profiles the functional requirements, operating environment requirements and other aspects of the online testing system as a whole; focuses on the needs analysis of the item bank system database. The design of item bank system database proceeds from the "national teachers'skill of applied educational technology in secondary and elementary school proficiency test primary examination outline "specific requirements, with different characteristics of the general questions.The third part of the thesis is divided into the design of the item bank system database and the implementation of test papers and automatic score. It focuses on the structure and function of the system; uses the database development and design theory as well as the theory of database standardization, the concept of database structural design, the logic of structural design, physical structure design; introduces the implementation on the corresponding test paper and automatic score.The fourth part of the thesis is the design and implementation of the test results analyzes modules. Test results analysis module based on the basic theory of education statistics and measurements, using of related test data obtained on the questions to analysis the quality of the test, evaluates the distinguish and difficulty degrees of the items. It plays a guiding role in improving the quality of the test items. In addition, the functions of analysis the overall students'grade as a whole provides a convenient to know test case. This module discusses the needs of the test results analysis module; introduces the basic theory of test qualitative analysis as well as the main criteria to analyse and evaluate the quality of item and test and the processing methods of the measurement results; finishes the design and accomplishment of the test results analysis module.The fifth part of the thesis is the course of the study's summary and outlook. This study set out some of the special consideration; the course of the study analyzed the shortcomings of the work and further study in future.
