The Research Of Self-Examination Item Bank Management Platform Based On Test Paper Document

The higher education self-study examination is an important part of higher education system in China.In the last 25 years, Self-examination has set up more than 600 courses, including science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, politics language and so on. Some provinces and cities still have the right to set up courses. Every year a lot of the teachers submit a large number of papers. For the multitude of papers, each center of self-examination has own management style. Ensuring the fair of exam and establishing a standardized and information question database are the most important work of self-examination center.Currently the way of intelligent test system has used to deal the data with saving item in the database directly. Although this method is very simple for data acquisition and management, and it offers more secrecy, but it is not suitable for self-examination bank management. self-examination includes many courses. Items which contain large amounts of professional characters and graphics, it is very comlex for saving them to database. In this paper an auto-selection item's management model based on documents and item's database has been designed. The system processed the documents and saved documents's information to database initially.After teachers submit question paper, the system established a related information table for questiones and papers. First the system selects item information from database's item table, and then uses algorithm selecting item id, through file structure reading the questions. This article introduces construction design and major function realization of the question bank system.This paper introduces RBAC(Role Based Access Control) privilege management, and uses Java technology programming to realize ealier period processing of paper documents. Test paper uses the management style combining database and document catalog. The system processes all kinds of items in the Word contact surface. This paper researches the technology of controlling Word document under the Java platform, paper documents's information automatically into the database, and documents's processing of early period. There are two methods that are explicit processing and implicit processing for documents. Explicit treatment through inserting identification sign for types and questions, and implicit processing is realizing that the item's text been automatic getting by changing document's structure. The imporoved genetic algorithm(GA) been used in this system. The algorithm uses binary and character mixed with the sub-eccoding scheme, this coding scheme can optimize the initial solution, accelerate the algorithm's search speed, and improve the efficiency of the genetic algorithm.
