Strategy Research On The Digitized Information Security In Library

Library digitalization is a development direction for library, and it attracts the world wide attention. Digital library is an important part of university informatization, as an information system, its backbone lies in the information resource. So the security of library digital information resources is the key to the normal operation of digital library development and guarantee to provide smooth service. How to ensure information resources and information system security in an open network environment has been becoming a concerned problem in numerous insiders, and to ensure digital library information security has become one of the core issues in digital library construction and development.In this paper we take it as the background to the construction of Ningbo digital library and one of its self-built characteristic sub-library-auto parts characteristics digital document resources. Firstly we introduce the basic theory of information security, and expound the definition of library information resources and the meaning of its safety,meanwhile,we conduct the overall states of the digital Library from the aspects of security risks, security needs, security target, security architecture, security model and so on. Secondly based on the analysis of the characteristics of information security strategy, studying from the views of technology, management, standards and laws and regulations, and classifying from the hardware facilities security, firewall technology, intrusion detection, access control, virus protection, data backup, safety management,we put forward and practice a solution to cover all levels and a variety of defense means of digital library security.The view of this paper stands in the front line of the construction of digital libraries, namely library and information work staff, technical personnels of digital library construction and information technology company personnel group responsible for building a platform and the technical support, from requirements, design, implementation and security,they can discuss each other the information security protection method and means in the construction of digital library The main content includes the study of the theory of the information security system, to realize the digital library information security technology system, and to realize the digital library information security management system, the needs analysis and safety guarantee system design in digital library construction, even as well as, finally conclusion that digital information security system realization and solutions. This project has certain practicability, belongs to the category of the theory instruction practice, but also a summary of the construction of digital library of information security issues. We think it will be preferred in all kinds of digital library and information resources websites under consitruction, and can avoid hidden danger left in the process of building security; for safety management to those running of the digital library system, government affairs information website, business information website, enterprise information website, it may have a direct reference value to ensure the stable operation.
