Modernization of Communication is notable mark that society enter information era. How to ensure rapid and efficiency communication under badly conditions is a big task for the experts of communication field. Frequency Hopping is an important method in modern communication system. It was diffusely used in military communication and civil communication for many prominence advantages, such as anti-interfere, anti-multipath, multi address communication.The core of hop frequency technology is frequency synthesis. Frequency synthesis is a basic technology of implement the frequency alternation of high stable carrier wave signal. The capability of hop frequency system depends on the capability of frequency synthesis. This paper designed a scheme to implement high speed hop frequency which use ping-pang double circle technology.At first, the paper analyzed the theory of hop frequency and the theory of S-ΔModulator for the fractional-N frequency synthesis. Secondly, it introduces the whole design scheme of hop frequency synthesizer. On these basis, we achieved the hardware design of high speed hop frequency synthesizer.In control system, Hardware adopts the chip based on ARM technology. The operation system utilize the replantedμC/OS-II. We finished the design and debug of software.Finally, the paper tested the system using the professional instrument and get result.
