The Hospital Administrative Management Decision Support System is a series of management decision making OA systems which were developed on SQL Server technology platform. It is integrated with advanced knowledge-management concept based on business needs.This thesis elaborated on the relevant theory of knowledge-management based hospital administrative management decision making support system development, the technology and the detailed development processes and results. In the thesis, there are detailed discussions around the development analysis of office decision making support system, system model is also presented. The system was designed based on hospital needs and thorough research of the current system, and a reliable plan is provided for the system operation security. The key features of this system are the seamless integration of knowledge-management and the development of decision making support platform, which enable the information exchange, information sharing and coordination among departments, and ultimately facilitate the leadership team management and decision making.
