With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology in the21st century, there are qualitative changes in the ways of enterprise’s operation.Enterprise wins depending on meeting the diversification of customers’ demand.The scale and price is not the key.High-efficiency has become the main features of the competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprises must explore new ways in this competitive environment to improve their competitiveness in the market.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of intelligent decision support system for Great Wall drilling logging company.The main modules like customer management,sales management, purchasing management inventory management.production management are implemented.According to the characteristics and background of customers in the system, the decision support system analyses customers’ value and classifies customers. According to the results,the enterprises set the appropriate level of customers, thus guiding the enterprises use limited service resources for more efficient allocation of minimum capital investment, to expect a greater return.This paper focuses on the customer classification decisions based on data mining modules.improving their overall customer relationship management, reducing service costs and customer churn. To meet the personalized needs of customers, the enterprises maximize the customers’ potential purchase amount and increases customers’ loyalty and profit contribution in order to enhance overall profitability and competitiveness.In this way, the enterprises not only improve their overall customer relationship management, but also reduce service costs and customer loss. The system uses SQL Server database and C#programming language.It is developed in NET4.0environment.The system is appropriate for the actual situation of SMES decision support capabilities.This article describes a needs analysis, preliminary design, detailed design, which includes database design, implementation and testing of the development. During the testing, we use white-box testing and black-box testing.The results show that this system can meet the customer’s demand and the overall performance of the target system.
