Computers plays a key role in teaching and research activities at school, its development is closely related to the development of information technology at school, information systems has become an important infrastructure at school, informatization is the only way of school's construction and development. The informatization level has become an important symbol of measuring school's educational level and management level. To ensure the quality of teaching and improve office efficiency, Tinglin middle school needs to build their own information systems.Being part of Tinglin middle school's informatization construction, Tinglin middle school lab report management and decision support system adopts B/S mode, building on MVC framework, and based on .NET language and SQL Server database, designs and implements staff and sector information management, recruitment of staff, teaching evaluation, lab reports management, decision supporting and other functional modules. The system is based on advanced network technology and data sharing ideas, can support the support of data and documents. Totally supports network office, saves office costs and improves office efficiency.This thesis combines the actual situation in Tinglin middle school with theoretical analysis, using software engineering ideas, described the design and implementation process of Tinglin middle school lab report management and decision support system. The thesis first analysis the status of informatization construction of domestic and foreign schools, and some related technologies commonly used in information technology construction, then, aimed at domestic school's information construction characters, gives a more detailed functional needs analysis of Tinglin middle school lab report management and decision support system, gives the overall design of B/S structure, designs the relational database. Based on this, this thesis then gives a outline design and detailed design of the system. In the system implementation part, uses the. NET technology and the MVC model, elaborated the implementation process on several major modules, and uses Apriori algorithm, to design and implementat a decision support module, so the system is not limited to a single information management system, and finally, this thesis described the performance optimization methods adopted in the system, and did a test on the system's function and performance optimization, test results indicates that the system has reached the initial design goals.
