Wage Intelligent Decision Support System, A Number Of Key Technical Studies,

The Salary Intelligent Decision Support System (SIDSS) is developed under our cooperation with Personnel Department of Guangdong Province and us is an applicationof Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS). Its goal is to disengage Personnel of every organs from drab work of salary regulation. At the same time, by making use ofthe SIDSS, every organ can avoid a lot of man-mad mistakes and standardize the management of salary. In addition this project responds to the demand of unifying putting out salary by treasury department of Guangdong Province, guarantees the validity of salary. This paper mostly describes the research and realization of some key technologies in 511)55. The key technologies include the system structure of Sll)SS, temporal knowledge database, active database, and CSCW1) According to the logic structure of IDSS, four base structure (database, module base, knowledge base, method base) is familiar. We simplify the traditional four base structure to three hose structure (database, rule base, method base), SIDSS is base on this system structure.2) The actual salary policy has many characteristics, such as complexity, regional, temporal etc. We lodged the conception of temporal knowledge, researched its formalization express method and its realization in 511)55. At the same time, we researched the temporal data model of salary standard and object historical model of salary changing record.3)To improve the efficiency of 511)55 information collection operation, our system applied the event technology of active database and realizes an event handler.4)SIDSS includes superior edition and junior edition, both must cooperate with each other, or else they can work normally. So we researched the Cooperation among S11)SS, bring out a cooperative mode that meets the fact and feature of our system.
