Mobile Service Traffic Network Integrated Management System (Mobile Network Management System), from the structure divided into five levels : data collection layer, data processing layer, the core services layer, application service layer and the application display layer, through this five levels structure, we could acquire the performance of the network running and manipulation and control network equipment. System management functions from another can be classified as fault management, performance management and configuration management.The main task of the fault management subsystem is monitor status of the equipment which is running, and it changed the old way of real-time maintenance, instead of the way of the current is notification through system, so that maintenance staff could not to do the work of sustained equipment monitoring from the beginning, and instead of the fault management subsystem, and when the fault occurs, it will notice maintenance staff to maintain equipment, so that the subsystem could reduce the intensity of maintenance work.Thesis provides a brief introduction about the fault management subsystem framework of the mobile network, and it presents design program about alarm collection, alarm analysis, alarm management, alarm showing, and it also gives a concrete realization, and it lays a good foundation for the design and implementation of fault diagnosis module.Papers done a more detailed exposition about the design of bus scheduling module, collection module, connectivity module, alarm analytical modules, alarm management module, alarm show management module.The principles of development is to ensure that the relative independence of modules, and provides data transmission interfaces as simple as possible, so that the development and testing of modules is independent relatively, then we could reduce dependence on other modules and adverse effects of other modules as possible as we can. The highlight of the system is that can be position the alarm to small network elements of descriptions equipment information, simplify maintenance staff inquires source of the fault operation, and maintenance work more efficiently.
