Fierce competition in the information age poses new challenges for China’s socialistmodernization. It is essential for us to understand that the industrialized societies formwhich based on the production and circulation has been replaced by the currentinformation society. Information technology has gradually become fundamental drivingforce in the process of social modernization. The information economy has come alreadynow, that means the information industry has gradually become the backbone of thecurrent socio-economic. Information technology has infiltrated into various industries andfields. The tertiary institutions, as the main position of talent cultivation, are being quick tothe e-campus. How to accelerate the information construction of college campus hasbecome a major research project of the education sector and the academic community.The majority of current research focuses on the concrete construction of e-campusand existing problems of it. Few institutions take the campus information construction asthe research object. Few put the project management theory into the study of campusinformation construction. As the core component of information campus construction andinfrastructure construction, the campus "card" project is focused on issues of developmentand construction in colleges and universities. Therefore, we selected the Shenyang AEngineering College for this research project to study the application of projectmanagement theory in the construction of the campus information construction of thisEngineering College. Taking the information construction of college as a project to operateand management will be a new attempt and exploration for us.This study which based on the theory of time management, quality management, andwe will make good use of Modern practical analysis tools and the methods of evaluation inthe management of campus information construction of project design including thecampus "card" project implementation, progress control, cost control, and emergencypreparedness programs; summarize the construction project management of campusinformation of A school and summarize the ways to construct e-campus in A EngineeringCollege and attempt to promote.
